excersise log Wed July 30th
I walked today 3.2 miles takes me about an hour and a half. I had to work my way up to the distance I remember I could only handle about a mile before my feet started to hurt. It took a few months of walking regularly to build up to my current distance. Walking does provide me with a good cardio workout and it is easy on my knees which feel like they are going to shatter when I run.

3.2 miles is great!
If you go to mapmywalk.com you can create routes and also enter in your distance, time and weight and it will calculate how many calories you have burned. I love that site. It is great.
I ran 5 miles this morning. The 1/2 marathon is coming up soon.
